Private Transfer, Timed to Your Museum Entry

Looking for a straightforward Krakow to Auschwitz transfer — no shared minibus, no fixed departure point, no waiting around with a group? This is a private, door-to-door service between your Kraków accommodation and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial, timed around the entry slot on your own ticket.

Your driver picks you up from your Kraków hotel or apartment roughly two hours before your museum entry time, drives you directly to the Memorial, and waits on site for the length of your visit before bringing you back to Kraków.

How It Works

1. Book your transfer and tell us your museum entry time.

2. We will confirm the exact pickup time and location with you the day before.

3. Pickup at your hotel or apartment — no need to find a meeting point.

4. Direct drive to the Memorial (around 70 km, roughly 1.5h each way).

5. Driver waits for your full visit, then drives you back to Kraków.

Vehicle Options

- Car (1–3 passengers): air-conditioned private car, English-speaking driver.

- Minivan (4–8 passengers): air-conditioned private minivan, English-speaking driver.

Priced per vehicle, not per person — one fixed price covers the whole group up to the vehicle's capacity.

Good to Know

Since March 2026, Auschwitz-Birkenau no longer sells entry tickets on site — book your museum entry in advance directly at visit.auschwitz.org. This transfer cov ers transport only and is built around the standard 3.5-hour guided visit; it doesn't apply to Study Visits or other special programmes. Bring valid photo ID matching the name on your entry ticket, and note the Memorial's bag-size limit (30 x 20 x 10 cm). Given the subject matter, this visit isn't recommended for children under 14.

      What to bring

Valid photo ID that matches the name on your Auschwitz-Birkenau entry ticket — this is checked at the entrance and required. Your pre-booked entry ticket (printed or on your phone) — remember, tickets aren't sold on site. Comfortable walking shoes — the grounds are extensive and mostly outdoors. Weather-appropriate clothing — Auschwitz-Birkenau has very little shelter, so dress for the season (warm layers in winter, sun protection and water in summer). A small bag if needed — the Memorial enforces a maximum size of 30 × 20 × 10 cm, so leave larger bags at your hotel.
