We aim to reply to every message within a few hours, and always within 24 hours. For urgent questions close to your travel date, phone or WhatsApp is faster than email.

What languages do you speak?

We communicate in English and Polish, so you're always dealing with a real person, not a translated script.

Do I need an account to make a booking?

No. All tours, tickets, and transfers can be booked directly on the relevant product page — no account or sign-up required.

I already booked — where do I find my confirmation?

Your booking confirmation and voucher are sent automatically by email right after payment. If you can't find it, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it.
