Entry Times and Length of Stay
Terma Bania limits how many guests can be inside at once, so every ticket comes with an entry time. Slots start every hour from 9:00 to 20:00. Your time begins at the gates, and staying beyond a 2.5-hour or 4.5-hour ticket is charged per 10 minutes when you leave. The complex closes at 22:00, so for a longer ticket pick an entry time that leaves room to enjoy it; an unlimited ticket is best started in the morning or early afternoon.
From Booking to the Pools
- Reserve. Choose the date, entry time, ticket type and number of guests.
- Get your QR code. One day ahead, a PDF ticket reaches you by email and on WhatsApp. For today's visits, book before 8:00 AM and it follows soon after.
- Walk in. Scan the code at the gates without stopping at the cash desk, and collect your wristband. It locks your locker and covers anything you buy inside.
- Leave on time. Check out before your ticket runs out to avoid extra charges, and no later than 15 minutes after closing.

How do I get my Terma Bania tickets?

Do I need to book an entry time?
Yes. Terma Bania admits guests in hourly slots between 9:00 and 20:00 to keep the pools from getting overcrowded. You choose your slot in the calendar, and on busy weekends and school holidays booking ahead is the safest way to get in.
Which zone should I choose?
Families who want slides and splash areas are well served by the Fun Zone. Choose Fun & Relax if you also want the quieter water-massage pools and the two textile saunas. The Saunarium, for guests aged 16+, is a separate zone and is not part of these tickets.
Can children go to Terma Bania?
Yes, children are welcome in the Fun and Relax Zones with an adult. Child fares apply under 13, every child needs a ticket, and children under 3 must wear swim nappies, which you can buy in the on-site shop. Some slides may have height rules posted at the start.
What should I bring?
Pack swimwear (a swimsuit, trunks or swim shorts), flip-flops and a towel, or hire a towel at the venue. A swimming cap is not required. Your wristband opens your locker, so you don't need a padlock or coins.
What are the opening hours?
Terma Bania is open every day from 9:00 to 22:00. Leaving more than 15 minutes after closing carries an extra charge, so plan your last swim accordingly.
Is Terma Bania open in winter?
Yes, all year round. The outdoor pools stay warm in freezing weather, and swimming in steaming water with snow on the Tatras is one of the best reasons to visit between December and March.
Is the water natural thermal water?
Yes. The pools are filled with geothermal water kept at about 34–38°C, and the Fun Zone jacuzzis use untreated, sulphur-rich thermal water at around 37°C.
Can I combine skiing with Terma Bania?
Easily. The complex stands next to the Kotelnica ski area in Białka Tatrzańska, so many visitors ski in the morning and book an afternoon entry slot to warm up in the pools.
How do I get to Terma Bania from Zakopane?
Białka Tatrzańska is about 20 km from Zakopane, roughly 30 minutes by car or taxi. Local minibuses to Białka also leave from Zakopane's main bus station, though they run less often in the evening.
How far is Terma Bania from Kraków?
Around 100 km. Driving usually takes about 2 hours along the Zakopianka road, longer at weekends. There is no direct public transport, so without a car you would travel via Zakopane and change there.
Can I eat and drink at Terma Bania?
Yes, there are restaurants inside, and in summer a bar and food trucks in the outdoor area. Everything you buy is added to your wristband and settled when you leave.
